This document contains the Project Prompt used to run Weekly Performance Reports on Meta Ads — plus the context that explains why the prompt is built this way and how to use it.
The prompt is a generic template: you fill in your own brand profile (Phase 0) once, and from then on the prompt walks you through analyzing your performance data every week. The final report is Founder-First — a non-marketer reads it in 60 seconds and knows what's going on, without needing any performance-marketing vocabulary.
A worked example (anonymized, fictional brand "Kevin Growth Brand") is linked at the bottom of this page.
It is: A sparring-partner prompt. It walks you through a structured analytical framework and turns the conversation into a clean, founder-readable Notion report.
It isn't: An analyst. The prompt does not analyze numbers itself, does not generate hypotheses, does not draw conclusions. The analytical responsibility stays with you — by design.
Why this design:
Before using the prompt, fill in the brand profile inside the prompt block. This is the foundation the prompt will reference in every session.
Open a new session → the prompt asks for the calendar week + any special events. Then start.
